MadetoMove program includes a variety of workouts such as strength training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Our trainers will design a workout plan that is tailored to your fitness level and goals.
You need dumbbells! Bars, racks, kettlebells are all optional. This program is designed to get you back to moving and show that dumbbells are the only thing necessary to feel good and see physical results.
